Common questions

A scan didn’t read my label correctly

Make sure the full care label is in frame, well lit, and in focus, then try again. If a fiber percentage looks off, you can adjust it on the item — and emailing us the label helps us improve.

How do I restore a subscription?

Open the app, go to your profile, and tap “Restore purchases.” Subscriptions are tied to your Apple or Google account, so make sure you’re signed in with the same one you purchased with.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the store. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions.

How do I delete my account or data?

You can delete everything from inside the app, or request deletion by email. See the Delete your data page for full details.
